The development comprises a lower basement. upper basement. ground floor, and four upper levels (first to fourth floors), carefully designed to accommodate flexible office spaces and support modern business needs. The architectural concept emphasizes sustainability and functionality, integrating green spaces, natural lighting, and energy-efficient systems to create a contemporary and eco-friendly workplace.
