Project Description

We have commenced a transformative project for Import International (T) Ltd to construct a modern Inland Container Depot (ICD) and Container Freight Station (CFS) in Mbagala, Dar es Salaam. The development encompasses a wide range of facilities designed to support efficient cargo handling and logistics operations. These include three warehouse buildings, a workshop and washing bay, an office building, a canteen. two ablution blocks. an electrical/power room. weighbridge office block, guard houses, a weighbridge foundation. as well as parking and driveways. To ensure sustainability and resilience, the project also integrates extensive stormwater management systems. including trapezoidal shaped, U-shaped open drains. and covered U-shaped drains.
